The Seward Community Co-op Grocery & Deli was awarded LEED Gold designation in 2011. 

The Seward Community Co-op Grocery & Deli was named winner of Twin Cities 2009 Best in Real Estate Award for retail projects. 

2004 Award of Recognition, Saint Paul Heritage Preservation Commission and Saint Paul Chapter of the American Institute of Architects for “sensitive restoration design of the Louis and Maud Hill House.”
